Frequently Asked Questions
Calls are between 60-90 minutes in duration based on what your needs are. Sometimes we can make big shifts quickly and other times more space is required. It is important to me that we move at a pace that is supportive to you so that you can integrate and feel completely supported in our time together
how long are your mentoring calls?
My mentoring is client focused. I am not here to tell you what to do but to help you discover it for yourself. When we are able to uncover and build trust our own inner wisdom the transformation is deep and lasting.
WHAT IS YOUR Mentoring STYLE?
I am located on the Sunshine Coast, QLD Australia. Sessions will generally be held via zoom unless otherwise requested. You have the option to record your session and short notes provided post session.

Payment for Individual sessions is required on booking.
